1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging Zuptrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or engage our services.
2. Services
Zuptrix Solutions provides software development, design, and related consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these general terms for that engagement.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of custom code and deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Zuptrix retains the right to reuse general-purpose components, patterns, and non-confidential learnings across other projects.
4. Payment terms
Payment schedules are set per project in a signed proposal. Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are current. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
5. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorized access to any system, submitting false information through our forms, or using automated tools to scrape content without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Zuptrix Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nepal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
